Members can upload up to 1GB of video, image, and audio files. Website features and tools will allow Artists & Professionals to connect with one another, the general public, and with prospective employers.

Video Player
The MyFolio Video Player encompasses tools that every Artist would appreciate. Included are:
- Play/Pause Button
- Time Code Format: Current Time / Total Time
- Loop Video On/Off
- FIT the video (shows original if under 400x300px)
- Fullscreen Mode
- Volume Control
- Quicktime Version of your Video (ability to scrub)
- Embed Version to add your media to your site

Image Player
The MyFolio Image Player is a unique way to showcase Artists' images. Instead of linking directly to a graphic (jpg, gif, png), you will be able to upload your image into a Flash Player that will showcase your image.
Player Features include:
- Re-sampled image to fit in the Player (if your work is more than 400x300, it is scaled to fit the player with a minimum of a 15px margin. If you image is less than 400x300, then the Player will show your original image.
- Dimensions of the original Image
- Link to the full size Image
- High Quality Compression
- Embed Version to add your media to your site
Audio Player
The MyFolio Audio Player features:
- Play/Pause Button

Files
MyFolio will allow for Members to upload any file format which can be used as an attachment in Comments, Email, Your
Profile Page, & Your Portfolio Page. You can add source files and documentation with the File Manager to enhance your Media.

Just Your Work! Members get their Own Portfolio Page, showcasing their media. Some of the Portfolio Features include:
- Turning Your Portfolio On/Off
- A Custom or Default Top Banner
- Add Content Between Your Banner and the Media Player

- Vertical Transparent Strip can be Turned On/Off

Gallery
Every media goes into a Gallery created by you, giving you the ability to organize your works more constructively. All media (video, image, audio) can go into the same gallery, or you can create different galleries for specific types of media & art genre.
Privacy
Members have three distinct levels of Privacy for their media; giving you the ability to showcase work to an intended audience:
- 1. Set the Privacy of your Media to match the Privacy of your Gallery
- 2. Set the Privacy of your Media to be Public for all, regardless of your Gallery Privacy Setting
- 3. Set the Privacy of your Media to be
Private for specific friends, regardless
of your Gallery Privacy Setting
Blog/Forum
MyFolio provides the ability for members and guests to
communicate with each other in a more productive way.
For Members:
You can Post Comments with a Wyswig Editor which allows for
Bold, Italic, Underline, Color, Links, and Attachments.
Members are able to attach any Media and Files to
their Comments on the View page.
For Guests:
Guests are allowed to post comments to Members View pages.
The comment must be approved by the member before it
will show on the site. Guests comments are text-only.
Advanced Search
Members, Guests, Prospective Employers: All can find Artwork and Media in a more advanced way.
EX: You will be able to find a Ball Bounce 3D Animation done by John in California During the Past 6 months.
