| What is MyFolio? | MyFolio is currently in a BETA launch and is a creative media sharing community for artists and professionals of all kinds. Upload your creative works, inspirations, tutorials, howtos and more. |
| Is MyFolio free? | Yes, MyFolio is completely free. All features are available to all members. There is an option to upgrade your account to 2GB of storage space and to remove ads from your portfolio for $2/mo (paid annually) |

| Is there a limit to how much media (videos, images, audios, files) I can add? | Yes. MyFolio is a network of creatives and professionals. The size and data limits are set to prevent
abuse more than anything. With continued growth, we will be expanding member limits at no charge. Current Limts: 1GB of storage space per account 100MB media and file size limit on upload |
| I have signed up, but did not recieve my confirmation email. | On the confirmation page, you will be able to resend the confirmation email or submit a different email for your account. If you have already closed that page, please contact us so we can assist you. |
| How do I retrieve my password? | Enter the email address you used to create your account. A confirmation email can only be sent to your account email. |
My Account
| I am under 13, can I sign up for MyFolio? | MyFolio is intended for professional and creative audiences. Although we don't have a rule against minors becoming members, professional and respectful conduct is expected. |
| What are the system requirements to use MyFolio? | MyFolio.com is compatible with all major browsers and operating systems including: Windows & Mac: Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Google Chrome. |
| Can I delete my account and what happens after I do so? | Yes. You can find this option on your My Account page. Deleting an account removes you entirely from MyFolio, including all of your uploaded items, comments, mail, profile and portfolio. |
| What happens if I am banned? | If you are banned, it is unlikely you will be reactivated. Only accounts that have been banned in error will be reactivated. MyFolio has a 0 tolerance for members who violate our terms of use. |
| Do I need to have an avatar? | Yes, all members have an avatar. Your account is created with a default avatar and you have the option to upload a custom avatar. |
| How can I remove ads from my portfolio page? | You will need to upgrade your account. By doing so, you will increase your storage space to 2GB and ads will be removed from your portfolio page. (see an ad-free portfolio). |
| How do I ban another member? | You cannot ban or block any other members. If you feel that a member is violating our terms of use, please contact us at help@myfolio.com explaining in detail the problems you are having. |
| Can I set my portfolio to be completely private? | Yes. By default your portfolio is private. It gives you the oppurtinity to update the design and include works on it. Once you are ready to show your page, you can turn it on in your Edit Portfolio page |
| Can I set my profile to be completely private? | No. All profiles are public. |
| What If I need more than 2GB of storage space? | Currently there is no option to add more space than 2GB. If you need more than 2GB, you are encouraged to contact us. |
| How do I cancel my upgraded account, will I get refunded? | You can go to the Cancel Upgrade page. You will recieve a full refund of the time remaining on your subscription (the details of which will show on the cancel upgrade page). There is a $2.00 cancellation fee that is withheld from your refunded amount which covers the original transaction fees we incur. |
| Can I change my account email once I have signed up? | Yes, you can do this on the confirmation page after you have signed up, or on your Edit Profile page. You will need to verify the change by checking your newly updated account email. |
| A username I want to register is not available, but the user does not exist, how can I signup for this name? | You could be trying to access a name that is not allowed on the site like "Admin." Feel free to contact us and inquire about any username you may want to register. |
| Can I advertise on MyFolio? | Currently there is not an automated way to advertise. You can contact us about any custom advertising. |
| Can I be emailed when I recieve an email or a comment. | You can control al of your mail settings at your Mail Settings page. |
